A global SaaS organisation, this company works in the Customer Experience Analytics and UX/CX space, offering multiple software products, with customer experience at their core.  


There's a high energy hiring focus at the moment, with the Australian team currently sitting at under 300 people and looking to be triple that over the next few years. Consequently, we are supporting them in hiring. People are going back to our classy, modern, brand new Sydney office with the most amazing views that supports and enable creativity. [PC1] 

this Marketing Strategy and Analytics Manager will be responsible for helping the business hit its overall pipeline and revenue targets.

This includes:

·     evaluating marketing campaigns

·     identifying quantitative goals

·     creating targeting lists

·     helping drive in-market work closely of marketing campaigns

You will work closely with business partners in Markillsketing aonnd Sales to provide insights &recommendations on the performance of KPIs and running deep-dive analysis to understand and improve the experience.


What we’re looking for:


·     Experience in marketing/analytics

·     Understanding of the B2B lead to opportunity and sales process

·     Advanced proficiency in SQL

·     Proficiency in at least one analytics and visualisation tool such as Tableau, R, Domo etc/

·     Experience with SAS/Python/R is a plus

·     Strong communication and data visualisation, transform complex data into easily consumable, actionable insights
