What you’ll do

Product & Design is the team enabling the expansion of products and growth of users; our team is responsible to create, ship and scale world-class products that support the business strategy.

As a product designer, you’ll help to improve the vision and the user experience across multiple projects in the ecosystem. You will work with the product team to achieve outcomes that balance customer, product and business goals. There will be lots of scope for development and to make your mark.

  • Deliver scalable solutions in collaboration with that product team that are     elegant in usability and effective in achieving outcomes
  • Be a master of storytelling by helping the product team and wider organisation understand how our customers interact with the product
  • You will assist in research and insight generation around key user pain points
  • You will help to create UX deliverables: wireframes, functional specifications,     sitemaps, user journeys & flows
  • Contribute to building, improving and defining components, patterns and documentation across our design system.
  • Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape a product
  • Work with engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our products
  • Contribute to building and support our design culture

 

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with strong knowledge of responsive     design & implementation in websites web applications.
  • Ability to  clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to internal teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of user-centric design solutions,     wireframes,
  • mock-ups and/or prototypes
  • Managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Receive and review briefs
  • Interests in Emerging technologies, Creative trends and design tools

 

Rolelocation

Our offices are located in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, Auckland andQueenstown and this role is flexible around these locations.
