A new player in a rapidly growing, digitally driven industry, our friend and client is something of a brand aggregator. They operate in a space that sees consumers purchase everything from clothing and homewares to cars and homes. Think Williams Sonoma, The Iconic and ASOS. A similar proposition, but a completely new market with a unique vision.

After receiving substantial investment backing and the acquisition of their first several brands, they are looking to expand their team and introduce a Brand Manager role into the mix.

As an experienced Brand Manager, there is substantial opportunity to make a big impact in areas such as:

  • Increasing engagement with both B2B and B2C customers to grow the parent brand
  • Creating a new voice, look and feel across the multiple brands that exist under the parent company
  • Supporting the organisation to position themselves as a premium provider in their respective product categories
  • Improving branding and channel navigation at every touchpoint
  • Leading the development and execution of consumer content for digital and social media channels.
  • Assisting with campaign and communications delivery including go-to-market planning, creative production and execution across multiple channels
  • Ensuring consistency and alignment across all brands from a visual and content perspective

This is a start-up opportunity backed by well-credentialed Private Equity, with an impressive track record in applying innovative and creative strategies in the eCommerce and Digital Marketing space

Think of it like being approached by Nicky and Simone Zimmermann to start a new fashion brand. Only you haven’t heard of these guys. And… they aren’t quite as famous (yet.) But you get the point.

To be suitable for this role you would need some, but not all of the following:

  • A demonstrated track record track record in growing high impact brands in a variety of industries
  • A passion for cultivating creativity, drawing from new trends, styles, brand personalities and more
  • An entrepreneurial energy and attitude that says, “what else can we do”
  • A flair for collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience in managing creative and media agencies
  • The ability to manage and influence key stakeholders across the business
  • The ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment
